I use the 1400mg dose 3x/week. I do 2cc(ml) sublingually, and inject 3cc(ml)IM(Because the muscles can only handle up to 3ml of injection per site. So instead of taking 2 injections, I just combine sublingual and IM. I love the results Im getting! I also use boosters to keep my levels up. It is important to keep the levels of Glutathione up in the system, because a slack in administration, will reverse the effects of skin lightening. Since skin lightening only occurs after the necessary amount required by the body has been reached, the excess is what causes the skin lightening.
