Restore means to bring back to original or first state, Genesis 20:14, Genesis 40:13, Isaiah 1:26, Acts 1:6, Nehemiah 5:11-12. ST MATTHEW-17-10-11 Let everyone agree, only God can restore all things, not Jesus, for it is Jesus here telling us that Elias (ELIJAH) shall restore all things. Many people today are like Jesus’s disciples – they understood that He was talking to them about John the Baptist, St Matthew 17:13, St Mark 9:12. Certainly, Jesus disciples had a little knowledge St Luke 18:34, St John 12:16, like many people today. But a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, Hebrews 5:11-14, 1st Corinthians 3:2. John the Baptist was not Elijah. Read it in your own Bible, St John 1:19-21. They asked John, “.. Who art thou?” And he confessed,” ........I am not the Christ.” And they asked, “Art thou Elias?..... And he answered, No. Dear friends, do you see the light? 2nd Peter 1:19-21. And, truly the light is sweet. Now, John the Baptist was a burning and shining light, and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light, St John 5:35. Are you still willing to rejoice in his truth?: “I am not Elias.” But let us look again, did not Jesus himself say that John the Baptist was Elias? Yes, St Matthew 11:13-15. And if ye will understand it, this is Elias who was for to come. He that has ears to hear, let him hear. Now, John the Baptist said he was not Elias, yet Jesus said, he (john) was. Which one is telling the truth? They both are. John says he is not the physical man, Elias. Jesus says, John came in the spirit and power of Elias, St Luke 1:17, and if ye can or will receive it, this is Elias – not the man Elias, who shall restore all things. Will you say that John the Baptist restored all things? The Almighty is a worker of miracles Deuteronomy 11:3. John did no miracles St John 10:41. The same Elijah is the divine name of God, St Matthew 27:46-47. Please read it in your Bible. This name is secret Genesis 32:39, Judges 13:18. Only the hundred and forty and four thousand know the Name of God, Isaiah 52:6. Also the true doctrine of God is only known by the 144,000, Revelation 14: 1-4.
