THought work was going to be the easy part of my day today...but started with being soaked knees down from overflowing mens room toilet before I could even clock in...Ended with overflowing grease trap an emergency clean out etc. with flooded kitchen about 12 hrs later, with exploding trash bags full of beer bottles and god know what that blow up about the time you get it to top of step ladder it takes to drag it into dumpster...all while trying to train a newbe...etc. love it.
