TIME TO SEPARATE THE TALK FROM THE WALK---- ICC CONNECTS. WE DONT DISCONNECT. THIS IS HOW WE ROLL: Problem: Some said its a room for artists not writers, they want to leave the group. Solution: The VPS created a writers room., with EMPHASIS on writing. There you go, we are here to connect creators, thats how we roll. now what? Problem: Someone voiced to Chester Colston that they werent pleased with certain aspects of how the group was growing. I told Chester to tell them to IM ME, NOT Him-- THAT I would put everything off until they voiced to me their complaint of what they saw was wrong with the group. Chester said he would inform them. I TAKE ICC very seriously, if you want voice a complaint- tell me, not another member of the group. We are here to expand craftsmanship not throw out complaints about how you dont like something, thats NOT THIS GROUP. I will entertain any solution that promotes cohesion...but I frown upon intentional outright bashing simply because....
