Arnhim Eustace announced the establishment of the ELWARDO “EG” LYNCH SECONDARY SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP. This scholarship is being established in recognition of EG Lynch’s ardent love for learning and his own personal pursuit of Secondary education at a time when poverty excluded him from the halls of a Secondary School. The NDP will award a five year scholarship to a primary school student who has matriculated into Secondary School. The successful candidates education will be financed by the NEW DEMOCRATIC PARTY starting in the new school year 2014.
