Iowas current system taxes based off how much gas a person buys. 18 different states, including Iowa, have tested a tax system that works based off how many miles a person drives. One possible downside to this system is that cars must be fitted with a GPS to track their miles, leading some to think its an invasion of privacy. What do you think? Should Iowa switch its gas tax to a per-mileage system?
