TODAYS TALKBACK: Tens of millions of Americans hit the road this weekend, but the journey may be bumpier than usual. The nations Highway Trust Fund, which pays for maintaining and improving roads, is set to run out of money at the end of July. Congress went home for the holiday without replenishing the fund. Experts say the easiest fix would be to increase the gas tax, but no lawmaker wants to raise taxes in an election year. What do you think?
