TROTTIES CHICKEN A LA PORTLANDER INGREDIENTS 1.A sprig of lavender. 2.A sprig of rosemary. 3.A sprig of thyme. 4.A desert spoon of lemon juice. 5.Two desert spoons of olive oil. 6.Two desert spoons of honey. 7.A teaspoon of mixed herbs. 8.A fresh bay leaf. 9.One sweet pepper. 10.A desert spoon of butter. 11.One onion. 12.A potato. 13.Two carrots 14.Two garlic cloves. 15.Two desert spoons of plain flour. 16.Two desert spoons of powdered milk. 17.Two desert spoons of seedless strawberry jam. 18.A tin of cheap tomato soup. 19.Two desert spoons of gravy granules. 20.Two desert spoons of soy sauce. 21.A bacon rasher. 22.Frozen raw chicken. 23.Two desert spoons of white wine vinegar. 24.A lidded microwave bowl able to hold three pints. 25.A pinch of salt, and pepper. PREPARATION MARINADE : 1.Add the lavender, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, mixed herbs, bay leaf, strawberry jam, salt, and pepper to the chicken. 2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, and place in the fridge the night before. COOK THE CHICKEN : 1.Put the chicken and bacon in the bowl with the butter and the bay leaf. 2.On HIGH for 2 minutes, turn over, on HIGH for 2 minutes. 3.Take the chicken and bacon out leave the butter in. SAUCE : 1.Chop the potato, carrots, sweet pepper, onion, and crush the garlic into the bowl. 2.On HIGH for 15 minutes. 3.Stir in the flour, and milk powder. 4.Add the chicken, marinade liquid, gravy, soy, and tomato soup. 5.On HIGH for 20 minutes. 6.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes. TROTTIES CHICKEN WYKE REGIS INGREDIENTS 1.Two desert spoons of cider vinegar. 2.Lumps of raw frozen chicken. 3.Two desert spoons of olive oil. 4.Two desert spoons of plain flour. 5.A pinch of salt, and pepper. 6.One onion. 7.One egg. 8.Pickled gherkins. 9.A desert spoon of mustard. 10.A teaspoon of mixed herbs. 11.A desert spoon of Worcester sauce. 12.Two carrots 13.Potatoes. 14.Sweet pepper. 15.A fresh bay leaf. 16.A tin of cheap tomato soup. 17.A desert spoon of fig flavour balsamic vinegar. 18.Two desert spoons of honey. 19.2 garlic cloves. 20.A cup of mushrooms. 21.A desert spoon of lemon juice. PREPARATION MARINADE : 1.Add the cider vinegar, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, bay leaf, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice to the chicken. 2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, and place in the fridge the night before. COOK THE CHICKEN : 1.Put the chicken Into the bowl with the bay leaf, and butter. 2.On HIGH for 2 minutes, turn over, on HIGH for 2 minutes. 3.Take the chicken out leave the butter. SAUCE : 1.Chop the onion, sweet pepper, gherkins, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, and crush the garlic into the bowl. 2.On HIGH for 15 minutes. 3.Stir in the flour, and egg. 4.Add the tomato soup, Worcester sauce, honey, mustard, and soy. 5.On HIGH for 20 minutes. 6.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
