Tailgate Cheesy Dip in the BEANPOT Velveeta Cheese- as much as you want 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 lb spicy Italian Sausage or hamburger, cooked & drained 1 8 oz carton secret ingredient...*** (Cool Whip) Dont tell anyone! Taco seasoning if desired for extra spicy flavor Melt cheese in bean pot w/tomatoes, stirring often. Add sausage. Stir in Cool Whip. Why Cool Whip?? 1) it gives your spicy dip a sweet creamy consistency & 2) it keeps the Velveeta from gelling back up - you dont have to keep it warm - pull it from the frig (or tailgate cooler) and start dipping!
