Take Two: Cable company had to come back to repair problems that contractor made last week. The service and expertise with this technician is far superior to the other guy. Companies need to be careful during their hiring processes...getting the right people on board makes all the difference...and the success or failure of a company. Customer service and quality services matter!!! They have made us satisfied customers by sending this guy...Ill definitely take the time to call to compliment this guy just like I called to complain about the last guy...#thankful
