Talk about rubbing salt in the wound. The thug cop that pepper sprayed peaceful protesters at UC Davis in Nov of 2011 is claiming he suffered mental anguish after the video of him committing the acts went viral last year. He was suspended...with pay, and has now settled for 38k in workers comp. Too bad people arent free to choose to fund their own security officers.
