Telstra, what a bullshit Telco! I have problems, spoken to General Service in Singapore, Level 1 Tech Service in Malaysia, Level 2 Technical Service in Bangladesh, Billing in India and now waiting for some V-slang to connect me back to Tech Services. All up 2 hrs of totally inefficient, uncoordinated , shit service and Im still on hold. Why do we as paying consumers tolerate this absolute crap from a Telco that charges an arm and a leg.
