By stretching, working on specific foot drills and sprint exercises (aimed at flexibility), and participating in such activities as yoga, you can greatly increase your tennis mobility and footwork skills. A few simple things to also incorporate in your daily routine might be: *Instead of a chair, sit on a large exercise ball and stretch your muscles *When you first get up in the morning, spend 5-10 minutes warming your body up for the day *Take the stairs instead of the elevator *Park in the farthest spot from work *Get up and move around several times throughout the day
