Testimony on Israeli policies of Ethnic Cleansing of Palestinians during the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal held in KL 20-25 November 2013. Chief Prosecutor Professor Gurdial Singh Nijar is questioning Professor Ilan Pappe on the evolution of Zionist policies since the establishment of Israel which has finally resulted in genocide in accordance with the definition of genocide according to international law. The charge of genocide against the State of Israel was upheld by a panel of judges. 11 Palestinian witnesses from the West Bank and Lebanon gave testimony while those from Gaza who were not given permission by the Israelis to leave the worlds largest open prison gave testimony via skype. A historic judgement on Israeli genocide against Palestinians took place in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
