Texas Crabgrass serves/makes: 4 ingredients 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 package (10 ounce size)frozen chopped spinach 1 can (7 ounce size) crabmeat, drain 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese directions In a small skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion for 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside. In a saucepan, bring the spinach to a boil, cover and cook for 1 minute. Drain well and add to the butter mixture. Flake the crabmeat, removing any bits of cartilege. Mix the crabmeat and the cheese with the spinach. Heat and serve in a chafing dish with crackers or Melba toast rounds.
