Thank you for Getting Out the Vote for FISD and the 2014 Bond Election. Our community and businesses turned out in full force to support our schools. The Bond passed with a 77 percent voter approval. A total of 9,635 votes were cast. From Frisco Independent School District Superintendent, Dr. Lyon--We cannot thank the Frisco Chamber of Commerce enough for their work in the successful passing of the 2014 Bond Proposal. The Chamber was among the first groups to publicly endorse the bond and then worked tirelessly to make sure people were aware, informed and knew exactly what it meant to the overall community. Tony Felker was a champion in the community, leaving no doubt about how Frisco ISD and the ability to continue to meet the needs of students impacts economic health, business development and quality of life in our area. It was a true partnership effort.
