Thank you for all of your posts, emails and calls regarding the injured dog at the pet store in Carindale. We appreciate the passion and concern that the community has shown for animal welfare. RSPCA Qld Inc. has spoken to both the shop owner and vet who treated the dog. The vet has informed us that the dog was being treated in exactly the correct manner for the injury it had sustained. We are satisfied that the dog is receiving appropriate care and attention. We are monitoring this situation and will provide updates as appropriate.
