Thank you to everyone whos spread the news about us needing more fosters. Weve had a great response with upwards of 10 new foster applications currently in progress. If youre one of those applications and are wondering what the hold up is, its likely games of phone tag with the references provided. Our volunteer hours and availability of fosters can add days to an approval process. Weve found fosters for a litter of 5 puppies coming in this weekend, and hopefully with the new foster home applications we are close to finding homes for the 10 puppies coming in from Fisher River. Those pups have their suitcases packed and are desperately wanting to come into rescue. Were confident that with another handful of applications well be in good shape to handle any other emergency intake or litters that need to be split into their new homes when theyre 8 weeks old. Did you all see the Italian litter earlier this week? Plus there are litters we havent even told you about yet. Ack! ITS PUPPY MANIA! And we cant do any of this rescuing without all you awesome folks. Your likes and shares go a long way. Well keep yall posted!
