Thanks for the support. I was surprised with emails and phone calls in addition to FB postings. Many of you had similar questions and comments so I am following up with some statements from the public platform of FB. 1. Thomas Pontin employed his wife in his law practice. While she was employed, Thomas Pontin represented Rob and I in a legal land access issue against our neighbour. 2. Several years after this, Pontins ended up in litigation against Rainvilles and Hennings. The litigation concerned access and land ownership and the neighbour. 3. I provided proof to the law society that Pontins used inside information (information they obtained when Thomas Pontin was our lawyer in our fight against our neighbour), against us in the litigation. 4. I provided proof to the law society that Pontins colluded with that neighbour and they formed a team which acted against us in the litigation between us and Pontins. 5. I provided proof to the law society that Pontins lied to us. 6. I provided proof to the law society that Thomas Pontin lied to the law society. 7. The only evidence which the law society acted on was the evidence that showed that Thomas Pontin lied to the law society. So they trashed my complaint and made up one of their own. 8. I proved that Thomas Pontin lied for three years and often changed his story when confronted with more and more and more irrefutable evidence which I supplied. 9. Despite the fact that Thomas Pontin maintained his world of lies for three years, the reprimand of the law society showed that the law society gave credit to his claim that he didnt INTEND to lie. 10. Thomas Pontin breached the confidentiality of the complaint process by involving his wife. The LSA actually allowed her to sit at Thomas Pontins table with him and his lawyer, at the LSA hearing instead of insisting that she sit in the public gallery where they had directed her to sit. 11. Yes, it is quite amazing that the law society did not act on the facts proven in my complaint. 12. Yes, it is even more amazing that in their public reprimand, they pleaded with Thomas Pontin, to please not do this again, (bad little boy let us slap your wrist a tiny bit, you cutie you ... ) Attributes such as INTEGRETY, PROFESSIONALISM and HONESTY are no match for the Canadian Legal System and specifically for the LSA, a.k.a. Lies Sadden Abunchofidiots. Sadly, those attributes arent a match for the Better Business Bureau and Ayre & Oxford Property Management either!
