Thanks to all my friends and family for all the birthday wishes. Its been a great 33rd celebraish. For those that care, heres a rundown of I celebrated: Amy and I officially toasted my birthday on Saturday with a long lunch at Lincoln Ristorante on the Upper West Side. Absolutely loved the service and wine, and the food was very good. I especially dug the modern design of the dining room, too — the action of Lincoln Center is your backdrop at Lincoln. What a cool cocoon to dine in. Post-lunch, we rolled through a snowy and drippy Central Park. On Sunday, we visited one of my favorite places in NYC, Nom Wah Tea Parlor, for an early dim sum brunch. And today, I rolled into Midtown for what turned out to be a pretty relaxed Monday work day. Now Amy and I are cooking the stuff we got from C-Town last night, in prep for the storm: red beans and rice. Ace birthday!
