Thanks to everyone today who showed support for our park and the community at our Howl in the Park event! Despite a lil wet weather, an awesome group of people came out and had an excellent time together. The camaraderie is second to none. I want to extend a special thanks to my ladies on the board. Without each of you, this event and our park would not be the same place. Connie - you (try to) keep us all in line! Heidi - you do your best to make sure Connie never succeeds! Sherri - your attempts to bring structure as a project manager are appreciated if not adhered to! Susan - youre dedication and tireless efforts make us all keep pushing when we wanna give up, cuz none of us can be as tired as you!! Final thanks to Cobb County Parks & Rec for making the park such a beautiful place to share, especially for all the extra hours this week just before our event! And of course to my two pups and my wonderful wife who encourages me everyday to keep doing what Im doing - tomorrow we celebrate 6 months of marriage - I couldnt imagine being any happier! 2013 is a great year - cant wait to see what our great community is like in 2014!
