That moment when youre in the gym doing some cardio and notice three guys who cant figure out how to use one of the weight machines. I took pride in the fact that not only do I know how to use that particular machine, but I use it regularly and unlike them, know which muscles it works. This feeling is a cross between being a nerd (since I took a class that taught me these things) and a beast for being one of those people who do in fact workout. #funtimes
