The 21st Crime Victims Memorial Quilt was unveiled Tuesday. The quilt is put together by the families of violent crime victims, and each picture and each name stitched on the quilt represent a victim of deadly violence in Fresno County. It helps remind us that its OK to be sad, said Jocelyn Dixon, whose friend Cynthia Watkins was killed in September. But at the same time its okay to move forward because we havent forgotten about them. The memorial is organized by the Crime Victim Assistance Center, through the Fresno County Probation Department.
