The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert on Friday evening for two children allegedly abducted by a man and woman. Lillyana Ramires, a 9-year-old Hispanic girl, and Martin Angel Rosales, a 3-year-old Hispanic boy, were abducted in Elko, Nevada, at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, according to the CHP. The suspects are Martin Cisneras Rosales, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, and Amber Schenck, a 29-year-old white female. The suspects and victims may be in California and are believed to be driving a blue Ford Mustang from an unknown year. The vehicle may have a Nebraska license plate or a paper license plate, according to the CHP. Anyone who sees the victims and/or suspects is asked to call 911 immediately. —From Daily Press staff reports
