The District was very well represented at the Northeast Iowa Bandmasters Association (NEIBA) Honor Bands, Dec. 6. Some 90 student musicians were chosen from more than 900 applicants from 80 schools to represent the Cedar Rapids District. There were two middle school and two high school bands selected with 135 students in each band. The event was held at Oelwein High School. Congratulations to the students selected from each school and to the directors!
