The FECG, LLC has been engaged to find a Chief Financial Officer for a distribution based business headquartered in Kansas City. The base salary targeted for this opportunity is $160,000-$200,000 with a potential bonus of up to 40% plus equity incentive options. A reasonable relocation package will be provided if needed. The full position description is as follows: Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Company Description - Company imports and sells products primarily through electrical wholesalers and automotive aftermarket retailers in North America, and to a lesser extent, Europe - The majority of products are sourced through an Asian subsidiary - Headquarters is in the Kansas City area - $70+mm in revenues, $7+mm in EBITDA - Growing at double digit rates - Will be owned by private equity firm and management Ideal Candidate Profile - Prior CFO experience - CPA - Experience in distribution-based businesses - Asian sourcing experience (currency hedging experience a plus) - Treasury experience including working with lenders - Financial reporting capabilities including both financial and operational performance metrics as well as lending covenant compliance - Qualified to manage IT function including ERP system - Has helped buy and sell businesses - Interested in working with high-performing, collegial team - Has worked in private equity-backed companies - Willingness to travel internationally - Track record of helping improve financial performance HOW TO APPLY: 1.
