The Genuine Constitutional Reform shall be following: 1. Remove the all restrictions against foreigners and statist provisions. Promote Free Enterprises and Open Competition. 2. Evolve Region based Decentralization. Regions will self-govern without assistance from National Government. 3. Change from Presidential into Parliamentary System. Other Proposals: 1. Strengthen the Securalism. 2. Replace the Current Party-list System into German Style Party-list System. 3. Constitute Constitutional Court and Judicial Commission which supervise and adminster over Judiciary. 4. Remove the system of Progressive taxation clause. 5. Introduce Duties of Citizens and strengthen the bill of rights of the people. 6. Strengthen the independence and functions and powers of the Constitutional Commissions and Ombudsman. 7. Remove the protector of the People clause in section 3 of article 2 of 1987 Constitution. You may add other proposals.
