The Lakes states Chairman of the ruling Sudan Peoples Liberation Movement (SPLM) Cde. Daniel Awet Akot and Governor of Lakes state have arrived to Rumbek this morning accompanied by a delegation from the SPLM national secretariat in Juba. They are currently meeting with members of lakes state legislative assembly who are SPLM affiliates at the SPLM secretariat to find a lasting solution to the looming crises surrounding the speaker of LSLA following a motion tabled on thursday last week that call for his impeachment by thirty four MPs who have signed the said motion. until sunset something will come out of that meeting I guess.
