The Latino family who lived above me on the first floor asked for my help about 2 months ago Id say. They had been living there for nine years had roach and mice infestation, cabinets falling apart ,carpet was at least 15 years old, vents not working and their electric bills starting coming to an unusual amount like $900 -:$1200. I tell them call 311 they have someone who can speak Spanish. So they did .Balram went and yelled at them for making the complaint. He told them same as he told me if you dont like my property move the he@# out . Thursday they receive paper for rent court. Thursday they packed what they could in their two SUVs and jetted out of here leaving what they couldnt take in one trip behind.. I really wish they would have stuck around I would have stuck by there side 100% of the way .
