The NEW GIB® ReadyLock® Prefinished Wall Lining System has been developed to remove the need for wet trades, saving drying time, allowing for faster finishing. The GIB® ReadyLock® Prefinished Wall Lining System consists of: GIB® ReadyLock® Each GIB® ReadyLock® jointer includes two parts, a uPVC backer and a powder coated aluminium face piece. The two piece design makes installation faster, and the unique friction fit between the two parts holds the GIB® ReadyLine™ tight (patent pending). There is also a one piece powder coated J-Mould when you need to terminate a wall or abut ther materials. GIB® ReadyLine™ GIB® ReadyLine™ plasterboard is painted using a state of the art VOC free UV cured paint system that creates a very durable hard wearing finished surface. The paint is built up to include multiple layers of under-coat. The final layer of paint is roller applied to provide a similar appearance to a hand rolled finish.
