The NIA has refused to share confessional statemen of 26/11 terror accused Divid Headley with CBI for its probe in to Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case,citing a confidentiality pact between India and US GOVT,The statement of Headley can not be used for any other probe.It seems very awkward to every one,Both agency comes directly under Home ministry and all matter and investigation are co related to each others,But UPA Govt is concealing real fact about alleged terrorist Isharat in cover of cited pact.Because in his confessional statement before FBI HEADLEY ACCEPTED ,Isharat was hard core terrorist of Pakistan based LeTterrorist organisation.If Home ministry gives Headley confessional statement to CBI for probe of alleged terrorist Isharat,Then realty of Isharat will be disclosed in trial court,In which Amit shah along with some police personnels are being tried in alleged fake encounter case of Isharat and they may get benefit of doubt in trial.So UPA govt is concealing real truth in probe of Isharat jahan case to punish its political opponent.It shows that how much UPA govt is indulged in dirty tricks to take revenge from its political opponent
