The Namibian Government is currently spending more than R2 Billion on constructing new tarred roads as part of a development corridor in the northern region of Namibia. The roads link Elundu with Rundu and Tsumeb with the Katwitwi border po...st. Near the intersection of these two roads and on the banks of the Okavango River, I develop a lodge named Simanya River Lodge. Currently it will be the only accommodation in that part of the country. The road between Rundu and Elundu is completed (370km through beautiful forests) whilst the road between Tsumeb and Katwitwi will be completed soon. The turn-off to the lodge is at co-ordinates : 17 degrees 32 minutes 59.29 Seconds South and 18 degrees 31 minutes 43.64 seconds East
