The PPCFC players, both senior team and Academy, now practice yoga exercises once a week under the watchful eye of their teacher Dara. Here are the seniors doing a recovery session after yesterdays practice match. Yoga is extremely beneficial for football players to improve their functional strength, balance, flexibility, power, breathing techniques, visualizations skills, and focus. Teams like Man United and Man City have been taking weekly classes for many years.
