The Pennant Hills Chicken Shop Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburger: It started with a kiss. I held it close to my ear, locked in a sweet embrace. I could feel its hot, steamed-ham breath breezing across my ear and neck as it whispered to me softly: take me. As I lowered the delicious hot mess to my jaw my fingers clenched tighter, scraping sesame seeds onto the floor around us: Its OK, just go with it. The greasy Pennant Hills Cheese and Bacon burger glid into my salivating hangar. Tastebuds scrambled, ready to dock and unload the delicious bacon cargo from Zeppelin Penno Burger. My tongue violently swung around a cheesy bollard, securely mooring my tasty guest to my two-lipped marina. A windstorm raged outside the humble tuck shop and the burgership sought shelter within me but the nubile, young hamburger has no idea where it has made port this tempestuous, bacon filled evening. Between twisted chunks of beef and bun, I manage to organise my breath into a small powerful sentence: Im going to do bad things to you. The burger, silent. My teeth sink into the golden brown bread and tap through a deep subterranean river of Salvador cheese. Time has stopped. I am a carnival contortionist writhing through a tennis racket in some kind of twisted burger shit show. I pause and lower my jaw. I move the burger away from my face. I stare into my burgers oniony eyes, insert my fingers into my mouth. My eyes widen with delight as I withdraw my gherkin sliver. The burger, defeated, falls down in between the mayonnaise sheets of its styrofoam bed. Sweet Penno. *sigh* Look, there are burgers and there are burgers. And this, my friend, is a burger. It has everything a boy could want. In Germany they have a saying that translates to On the old horse, the young learn how to ride. But this wasnt my first rodeo 3 out of 5 pickles 4 out of 5 spuds
