The Portal of Twistery A mini-intensive with Peter Trotman and Noelle Rees-Hatton. Get swept away by the cyclonic winds of your own imagination.This is the first in a series of experimental pop-up workshops.The primary objective will always be to explore ways that you can enrich your use of language in improvised performance. In addition each workshop will have a specific subject of enquiry. This first session will provide an introduction to a useful typology of improvisational scores. We will play with examples of these scores (maybe even invent new ones as we go) and inquire into their capacity for generating material, opening up our imagination, and finding engaging ways to express and communicate.
