The Simpsons came up twice at work this week and weve been reminiscing about some of the greatest moments and episodes. At one point I had compiled my top 10 episodes (Buzzfeed article worthy), but I cant find it. Here are some that I can recall that will be part of a new list. Either I am biased toward the late 90s, or they really hit their stride here: S8E12 Mountain of Madness - Homer & Burns are trapped in an avalanche while on a business retreat. S8E2 You Only Move Twice - Homer gets a new job with Hank Scorpio S8E18 Homer vs the 18th Amendment - Homer becomes the Beer Baron S7E4 Bart Sells His Soul S7E5 Lisa the Vegetarian S7E16 Lisa the Iconoclast - Lisa reveals the true history of Springfield S8E15 Homers Phobia - Homer thinks Bart is gay S7E21 22 Short Films About Springfield - Steamed Hams S720 Bart on the Road - Bart drives to the Worlds Fair in Knoxville S8E9 El Viaje Misterioso de Nuestro Jomer - Homer eats an insanity pepper & goes on a spirit quest S6E24 Lemon of Troy - Shelbyville steals Springfields lemon tree S5E2 Cape Feare - Sideshow Bob forces the Sipmsons into the Witness Relocation Program S8E23 Homers Enemy - Frank Grimes, Bart buys a factory I need to explore the episode guide of a few seasons prior to jog my memory, but youd be hard pressed to find more entertainment in 22 minutes than the television listed above.
