The US $156 loan facility was approved to; a. build 23 new SHS with modern facilities. b. upgrade 75 existing SHS with modern facilities. c. expand 50 schools to increase capacity to absorb more students, d. offer scholarship to 10,400 students to pursue secondary school education who would benefit from; *school uniform fabrics, *sewn school uniforms, *sandals, *school bags, *note books, *pens and pencils *math sets, *sanitary pads, *rulers, *supplementary readers and *other approved fees and levies on students bill. BENEFICIARIES: 1. students who hv no caretakers, 2. disabled students without support, 3. orphans without support, 4. students living with AIDS/HIV and sickle cell disease, 5. Students with unemployed parents/ guardians, 6. students from single parent families with low income, 7. Teenage mothers without support among others.
