The churchs vision statement is now about as short as it can get: Follow Jesus; Love Everybody And we have been drafting our Mission, so heres the incomplete draft: Grow Spiritually Biblical Study Meaningful worship Build relationships Love people who are outside the congregation Love each other within the congregation Love people in all aspects and stages of life Serve as a community resource Support world missions Help to connect college and community It turned out through the natural course of our work together that the two main headings of the mission loosely match the two part of the Vision statement. So thats cool--should we keep editing until theyre the same?
