The close is officially sitting in a septic cesspool right now...LOL! Seems the listing agent misrepresented where the sewage waste was sent and so the sale is clogged in the toilet as we speak...needs a giant plunger to push it through!!! To the sewer or I mean...septic tank...or whatever! Seems whoever pays the bill for the water cant read a bill to see they only have city water! So we are waiting on PWC to assess the property for sewer lines to be run and a plumber to properly run the lines so we can flush the mess into the proper location and unclog the giant stinking mess with the plunger! Anyway, while we wait on them to flush the crap out of the septic tank, sanitize, seal and collapse the septic system And rerun the lines to the sewer the move is being held up. What does it mean??? I am not moving this weekend, but hopefully next weekend...blessing in disguise...maybe...but frustrating nonetheless!
