The cooking has changed subtly...spaghetti meat sauce....still use hamburger, but the oil is red palm oil, the salt is pink salt, the basil is off a bush I bought at the farmers market...the onions are from Kula, had to use store bought sun dried tomatoes...and store bought tomato sauce...and most of the other herbs also store bought...but just changing the oil and the salt makes quite a bit of difference to your health...and Im getting to the point where Im not so found of red meat...just because of the mess and clean up...could replace with vegetables like zucchini carrots more onions, garlic cloves, celery, etc...but once in a while I like a meat sauce...sometimes deer and pork sausage make their way in. Other times (most) no meat at all...but Maui hamburger was on sale...
