The entire Ferguson, MO law enforcement agency is in violation of the US Constitution. This law enforcement agency attempted to detain Michael Brown with no reason of suspicion beforehand which eventually lead to his death by cop and is in violation of the 4th Amendment (debatable). This law enforcement agency confined and openly attacked peaceful protesters AND members of the press which violated the 1st Amendment (not debatable). Michael Brown was killed before he was legally accused of his possible petty theft, or strong armed robbery thus, his 6th and 7th Amendment rights were denied and therefore violated. Two shots to the head of Michael Brown shows enough to consider the manner in which he was killed to be cruel and unusual and is in violation of the 8th Amendment. Thats 2 separate violations of the 1st Amendment, 1 violation each of Amendments 4, 6, 7, and 8. That sounds like 6 counts of treason to me and I wasnt even finished... Detaining and arrest is a part of the legal process and is dictated by the 5th Amendment to which Michael Brown was denied with a bullet. Lets not forget, since officer Wilson is now a felon by way of the Constitution, hiding and protecting him is also aiding a felon. .....o aight.
