The first picture shows my Lodge C.I. griddle with bacon grease and little crunchy bites all mixed in. The other picture shows my baking sheet with bacon raised up on a cooling rack. I bake bacon this way so I can get a cleaner grease without having to strain it. I also tell my doctor that I cook low fat bacon. I like to use my griddle in the oven or the gas grill in the gas grill the griddle keeps flare ups down. The only pain with the griddle is I cant cook as much bacon on it and contain the grease. Like I can with the baking sheet method. My wife doesnt like grease all over thats how I got started baking BAKECON. 8-|
