The goal in my opinion is to stop taking energy from other people, while readily providing energy constantly and freely. It isnt easy, but as the enlightened - this is our responsibility. Just hear me out. When we feel we are right. Or when we get attention from others. We feel more energized. This results from the energy flow between beings. But because we were unaware of this process for so long, weve allowed it to become habit. Addictive. And from this addiction weve habituated an unconscious competition for the energy we share between humans. This underlies all conflicts. By dominating or manipulating others we are able to get the extra energy we think we need. Sure, it feels good temporarily. Like a nostril so full it makes you cough. Or a cup of joe in the groggy hours of the afternoon. Its energy. But by forcefully taking this energy from a person, we not only perpetuate its addiction, but we decrease the energy of our species as a collective. As we begin to become aware of these power struggles and their futility, we will learn that there is actually no lack of energy. Through our spirits we are able to gain connections beyond description. By achieving these connections we begin to be empowered in ways described by mystics of all traditions. We sense our oneness with everything and this enables us to encompass all with love. For without another our existence would be incomplete. And that love has always been our basic natural instinct. This mystical experience and its understanding is the key, I believe, to overcoming all conflict.
