The idea of a floating market at the top of Bangkok’s tallest building might seem a little on the quirky side, but we think it is a fantastic introduction to the plethora of delicious Thai dishes in a entertaining themed restaurant with arguably the best view in the city, and most definitely the tallest. Laid out on the 75th floor of Baiyoke Tower, the buffet is displayed as it would be along any river, with boats as cooking stations.
