The importance of a pole journal. Dates and goals. I didnt start my journal till recently. I wish I had. This was the first pole video that made me actually tear up. I was motivated to do just one move. Well... I watched it today and realized how many I can actually do. My journey isnt on paper and that makes me sad ... Bring your journals to class! Utilize them.
