The leaders of the Yes campaign & SNP repeatedly refer to the sovereign will of the Scottish people with regard to issues such as a currency union as if that is a coverall mandate to simply dictate all terms of separation at the negotiating table post a Yes vote & say that the general population of the rest of the UK has no right to referenda on such issues; but, surely, the sovereign will of all the people of the rest of the UK - almost 11 times larger a people - should be given at least equal importance as that of the people of Scotland? If not, why not?
