The more I read Gray Cook, the more I respect him. All those arguments people have about the applicability of the FMS, going-down-a-corrective-rabbit-hole, seeing dysfunction when there is none.....seems to me that they didnt actually read his stuff well. Over and over he explains that you can never pigeon-hole movement, you shouldnt lock someone in corrective hell or become a movement snob, or use the FMS as a measure of movement perfection, but that its a tool and can have great use for your average trainer, and as a baseline assessment, and backs up his argument well.
