The newly passed bill by the national assembly that deflags the cabinet secretaries vehicles and restricts the governors official vehicles to fly only county-flag was a CORD revenge initiative to the government side , for a long time the opposition have haughtily bragged that its them who are in-charge of the county governments and any attempt to trim the excessive powers and privileges to the hungry county CEOs always ignite fierce resistance from them.If the parliamentarians will always be putting on their political parties blinkers then nothing constructive will ever be deliberated on that 11th parliament. The 10th parliamentarians, majority of whom are now senators came up with a weaker senate and a powerful national assembly, today after ascending to senate they are baby-crying that senate is the upper and powerful legislative house in Kenya, assuming CORD forms the next government I foresee a replica of the same , they will want the cabinet secretaries to start flying national flags again! Myopic legislators who will never see beyond today
