The people of Kaduna State are determined to make a change-El-Rufai Former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and governorship candidate of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has denied allegations of inciting violence in the state. Governor Mukhtar Yero who is the standard bearer of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), had accused the APC of instigating violence and destroying PDP campaign posters and billboards. But addressing a news conference yesterday in Kaduna, spokesman of the former minister, Samuel Aruwan said the allegations was cheap blackmail aimed at tarnishing the image of El-Rufai, whose popularity among the people has become a threat to the PDP. According to him, there was never an occasion where the APC candidate encourage any form of violence as alleged by the governor. “El-Rufai has never insulted or encourage violence since he joined the race for the governorship of the state.
