The photo of Errol Cooking I LOVE LOVE LOVE...I am such a daigo in that photo.....it reminds me of my grand mother and great grand mother (who were born in Italy) would be cooking and talking Italian and making sure their grand children were filled with delicious REAL ITALIAN FOODS.....I remember my mom yelling....YAll just ate at McDonalds before we got here..... and Great Grandma CONCHETTA LOMBARDO would say Rosa Mary.....husha....you kids-a-they-a-grow up-a....they-a hungry I got-a da spaghett(she would not say spaghetti it was SPAGHETT....).....and she would say you wanna something else ta-a eat-a baby?.....dont-a listen to you-a mama I make-a da rules-a in dis house-a....you wanna you eat-a.... and aint nobody in the world can make food like your great grand mother.....NOBODY......THE PHOTO is a and wonderful Gentlemans home Mr. Tony Marino and he builds the most wonderful St Joseph Alter every year in honor St Joseph but also in memory of his Aunt....its a true honor to volunteer for this alter......March 19th in the evening is when he holds it and it is by invitation only....the man has wonderful taste.....Opera singers from the balcony bellowing over the ROOF TOPS OF THE FRENCH QUARTER .....its awesome............if youre around for the Feast of St. Joseph please let me know.....its something not to be missed.......
